Our minimum rental period is six months, allowing customers to secure their preferred unit for longer and enjoy greater peace of mind.

Each storage unit is designed with the option to include a light switch and a power outlet upon request. This convenient feature allows tenants to maintain the batteries of their boats, cars, or motorcycles, or to power small devices as needed. Tenants who wish to have electrical service can activate it for an additional cost based on their individual energy consumption.
